Daggone It!

I've been a little dizzy since I arrived in Chicago. The dizziness has gotten steadily worse--I thought it was a reaction to chemo, but the doctor says I am having a disease flare. He doubled my Prednisone dose (big, bad steroid). It took me two years to get down from 40 mg day to 20 mg, and I feel that all that effort and determination has been erased. I know that's an emotional rather than a rational response. In the end, it will be just another dip in the road.
