Northwestern told me on Thursday that there will be a delay. They haven't given me an exact date: maybe late summer.
They need to get approval for an amendment to the clinical trial protocol, and it is taking more time than they thought it would. I will probably head to Chicago 4-6 weeks after they get approval. Please say a prayer that it will still happen, and in a timely fashion.
I am sad and worried.
